About LOGSCOUNCIL

Terms of Reference of Subcommittee on Infrastructure and Promotion

The Subcommittee on Infrastructure and Promotion is established under LOGSCOUNCIL to implement directives from it and provide a forum for the public and private sectors to –

• discuss and advise the Government on physical and regulatory infrastructure required to support Hong Kong's logistics development;
• advise the Government on matters related to e-logistics adoption and ways to promote the wider use of information technology to enhance efficiency and competitiveness;
• advise the Government on marketing efforts required to promote Hong Kong as a preferred regional logistics hub; and
• undertake other tasks relevant to the above as may be referred to it by the Government.
